Day 39, by Stevenhen Warren
It all looks so peaceful from up here, like everything in the world paused for a moment and was just sleeping for a bit. Waiting to start again.
NASA relocated mission control to the Colorado branch and they tell me that once this settles down they’ll have a ship ready to take me home. They never factored in zombie uprising into the return plan so we’re stuck winging it. Sorry bad joke.
I will come home. So, you have to hold on a little longer and stay safe until then okay? Can you do that for me?
I love you.
