Kitchen Advice, by Dawn Nikithser

Never accept a tip. There are times and places where that is allowed, even encouraged, but this is not one of them. Be mindful and be cautious. There are those who will try to cheat you, try to trick you, try to tell you that it’s all right, everybody loves a good tip. Don’t listen. But don’t be rude, of course. Politeness is key, after all, and one must be gracious. And they mean well, bless them, but what’s true is simply what’s true: no tips.

You need one entire human arm. Anything else just won’t braise properly. Bon appetit!

Dawn Nikithser has been writing since she could hold a crayon in her babyfat hand. She is pleased to say that both her handwriting and her ideas have improved since then, though she will still use a crayon if nothing else is available.
